Worst experience in this hotel. Rooms are very small and staff only one to check u in/to carry luggage/for food/housekeeping. Really understaffed. Moreover very stingy receptionist who only wants to make money(for every time he makes money he says he is doing favor by charging less. Worst experience) must avoid at any cost. Not recommended

My best friend and I were very pleased and happy with our stay. We were warmly welcomed. The staff have been incredibly pleasant and demonstrated impeccable service throughout our stay in Paris. The room was kept immaculate throughout ; we felt safe and comfortable. We enjoyed the ambience and Interiors, the hotel carried out a real boutique at home feel , with timeless pieces and ornaments. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home within the beautiful city of Paris. We’re so happy with the service and experience the hotel provided, we’re happy to visit and stay again. J’dore! Merci beaucoup Five stars from both of us.

It was my first time in Paris and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel, the staff was so sweet! I was impressed by the room and the bathroom especially! The show was just next level! I definitely recommend this hotel! It’s nicely located right near the main shopping area which is pretty cool.

Besides the location which is good, the staff/management is badly trained. My flight was canceled and I provided them will all documents I received from air company and asked to reschedule my stay. They refused and still charged me based on card preauthorization. Bravo! "Best customer service!" In 15 years of tourism this is the first hotel who did this. This is how rare and bad your behavior was towards tourists.
