The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the breakfast included.They are leaving it outside of the room door and it only consists of 2 loaf breads,1 cupcake, juice, 1 yogurt and different individually pack spreads. There is no breakfast buffet, no eggs, nothing special for the 4 days stay. But the service is awesome,very accomodating and helpful staff,very clean room and bathroom.fresh towel everyday and frequent cleaning of the room.

Location is nice, and staffs are good. But only thing is be careful if you don't keep the Bedsheets clean as per their Expectations, they will charge you will check out. They won’t inform you that when you check-in. This happened for us. To the service team, make sure that you are informing the guest with your terms and conditions when check-in.

Its a small family run hotel or rather B and B . Rooms are clean well maintained. Bathroom are clean. Towels are old, its wise get your own towel. Decent quality of toiletries.. Few minutes away from the freedom square, if you fancy walking it 10 mins straight walk from the hotel, only downside when coming back you climb up the hill. Its not a big deal though if you have no health issues. Breakfast is very simple, very few selection. You better take a picture of fried egg or omlete to chef , chef does not understand English at all. No lift available in the hotel, if you are the second floor good luck.
