The staff/receptionists were very friendly and helpful. My room/bathroom was very good. It's located close to beach, supermarkets, bus stops and many restaurants/McDonalds. The only thing was that it's close to a tunnel road which lacks pedestrian crossing in front the hotel so one need to walk a bit more to next crossing.

😊 The hotel is situated real close to the beach, the staff is extremely nice and the rooms are comfortable (big bed, big shower). The breakfast is really big and varied. 😕 The hotel is also close to a busy road, so you can hear the traffic a little. Also, there were tiny bugs all over the room, they didn't sting but it didn't look very clean.

Great friendly staff and a lovely clean hotel. Nothing was a problem for the staff, they went above and beyond. Good breakfast choices and all fresh. And a 10 minute walk to copacabana beach

I have traveled all over the world and I’ve never had a hotel experience this bad. It said that I paid for a room with two people and when I tried to bring a friend up the guy at the front desk made a huge scene and said that there was only allowed to be one person in the room. He was so rude and not helpful that I checked out early and went to stay somewhere else. I was already having a rough day and was physically attacked and robbed earlier and he didn’t care whatsoever. He was soulless and heartless. The bathroom smells like chemicals, the walls are thin, and the place is just awful. Do not stay here. Stay literally anywhere else.
