Rooms - please add chair. I'm not sure whether other rooms have chair or not. But at least add some chair. Rooms stills can hear noises. Service - so far good. Helpful. Location - strategic places to stay if you like to eat or sightseeing.

The hotel location is great, it takes only 5 minutes to MRT. By the way, the room is terribly noisy, you can hear everything outside the room. You need to have ears-plug unless you are unable to sleep.

The rooms, towels, bedsheets and pillows were all clean. The king-sized be is extremely cozy. There's heater in the shower. There's also free WiFi. Although there were no windows in our room, the air conditioner and exhaust fan were very effective. The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating. They helped us book transportation, such as Grab, at any time of day or night. The hotel is close to shopping malls, bar and restaurants, and public transport (bus, train and taxi). This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel downtown.

Room is noisy. Woken up throughout the night by people in the corridors and adjacent rooms. Also loads of street noise from bikes cars. as the hallways are exposed to the street as there is no wall or window at each end of the corridor exposing it to noise and strong smells from the 24hours restaurant across the street. Expect pungent garlic and curry smells in your room. Selfish guests smoking in the bathroom or end of the hallways. Tiny rooms but at least it's clean and fairly modern.
