The transaction was great, but the place needed a lot of work. The rooms were ok and were quite clean. In fact, if you want to book this hotel, you should know it's just to sleep, not to enjoy its services.

Awful!!! If I could give it zero stars because it is what it deserves, very expensive for such a deplorable place. They charged us $1625 a night, and for staying 3 nights they were going to give us a "discount" leaving us $1300 each night. We only stayed one, we asked for a refund for the other 2 nights. Error not having entered the room to see it before paying. There were supposed to be 2 double beds, and one of them had a single-size base, so part of the mattress was hanging, it smelled very bad, the only thing that fit were the 2 beds. There was no room for anything else. The bathroom smelled too musty, not even a plastic curtain for the shower. It had no light, just a few lamps with very dim light to half see, but there was a sheet with extra charges if you mistreated the furniture. You could totally hear what was happening in the adjoining rooms, it occurred to them to have a party in the early morning and the reception was well done without drawing the attention of the guests.

Absolutely NOT recommended!!!! We booked one night through booking.com. There was no one at the reception where we wanted to check in. After ringing the bell several times, a drunk man came who of course couldn't speak a word of English but still managed to call the woman at the reception. She then told us that she didn't have a booking and, even though we had already paid for the booking, which we could prove, she turned us back to the drunk who then sent us out on the street. Absolute impudence. Definitely not recommended.
