worst in Nepal. I had momos and a tuna sandwich with fries. fries were raw. RAW. and had hair on them (hopefully from someone's head, but it was pretty thick). food was terrible. service worse. Food took over an hour to come out and half the menu is not available. they only told us after our order that the juice was not available. I've been travelling lot across asia, this is the worst quality and service on the continent as far as I have seen. please do not go here. don't make the mistake I did. I've cooked my own momos better than these greasey ones. sandwich was dripping in grease too. sickening. about to have a row with them now over the service charge I'm sure they'll want from me. they can ask my hole.

They have a great menu, pity that a lot of it isn't available. Pizza or Jir Jir salad for a start - gave a funny look when I asked for tuna and had to double check but they had it. Ordered a healthy juice along with or meal and had to wait 25 minutes for the drink. Tables that arrived way after us received their orders before us, within the wait I ordered a pineapple juice. 30 minutes later still no food. Customer behind us had been there before we arrived and asked numerous times for his food, still didn't come. Food finally came, and asked again for the pineapple juice, this time he actually made an effort to get it and lo and behold they don't have it. Chips were greasy cold and raw, tuna salad half cooked and dripping in grease. Momos inedible. Hair on food. 4 people working on the floor, unacceptable. Much better places like like Little Buddah or Asian Thai food. Actually feel sick after that meal, please avoid. Not even a sorry! Awful.

I love this place for the location, the closeness of many excellent restaurants, the views from the rooftop sitting area, & also the view from the balcony table on the 2nd floor, that overlooks the cafe next door. The fruit seller, a five minute walk to your right, offers great fruit from many different countries. The front desk has a safe for storing your passport & money, & managment can help you with any questions. They speak perfect English. They offer short & long term luggage storage.
