Our deluxe double room was rather smaller than the photo had led us to expect but it was clean. We stayed here 10 years ago and the location is very good. We did miss having coffee in our room but we were able to go downstairs and get some. The continental breakfast was as expected - we would have preferred some hot choices but it was well presented. All in all, we would stay here again.

Quite upset with the room since I asked for a calm room but the hotel gave me the loudest room ever (2nd fl with the street view - could even hear people talking on the street at late night) while my colleague who made a reservation after me got a calmer room. The room was not really clean, the fridge didn't work and the concierge told me the fridge here never worked...🤨 The desk is way too small; it isn't comfortable to work on it. The only advantage staying in this hotel is the location.

My money has been taken twice without any notice from the receptionist! I’ve been told from him when the check out is done I will get my deposit money which has been taken on the arrival without any notice and the transaction has been cancelled! Thanks to mobile banking we find out the money has been taken twice! After check out the same receptionist told as that money will be in the account at the night /Sunday / Monday lunchtime no money at all! I’ve call them they don’t know and told me they call me in 2 hours! No body phone me ! Regardless of the situation, i have feel robbed by the hotel !

Rooms are really narrow and, generally speaking, the entire structure is very little, including reception and the dining room, giving to the guest a claustrophobic sensation at first sight. Except from that, staff is kind and english speaking, with a 24/24h service at the reception, including a luggages stock. Breakfast is decent and made of an acceptable variety of food, from the typical french sweets to a classic continental. Finally, rooms are well cleared and towels can be changed every day, while the position of the structure is excellent, central (Montmarte district) and at a 200 meter walk from the underground. In the end, coming to the Mont Dore Hotel means settle for a limited structure, with less comfort than a 3-4 stars classic hotel, but with good services, cleanings and a great position. In my opinion it is worth the money you spend and i would suggest it to a friend
