Just about what you’d expect from a 3star hotel in Romania. Cheap, bad breakfast, the bathroom had a hole in the wall and some lightbulbs had no switch

Disliked · The room was smaller than the one we saw in the pictures and no way that it was 25sqm as indicated on the website. The bed was definitely not a queen size as indicated. We asked for another blanket. The receptionist brought it without sheets for it and said that we have to wait for the morning. In the morning we had to talk to the manager, who didn't seem too surprised to see that the pictures do not match the actual room, but regarding the bed size - he actually came up to the room with a measuring tape, and to his "surprise" discovered that the bed is only 1.4m wide. (By some standards it's not even a double bed). After lots of arguing, we got a larger room that matched the pictures, but the bed was still 1.4m wide. In general, the service and the attitude were bad. A simple request from the reception to borrow a couple of wine glasses had to become an actual argument until they "gracefully" agreed to provide us with 2 glasses. There were countless other problems, like the balcony door that could not be locked in the first room, and someone could easily enter the room from the next-door balcony or the tiny "safe" box that wasn't attached to anything in the room and could be easily carried out in a bag. Our verdict - waste of money and a ruined part of our vacation.

Everything was very well including the reception staff members and specially the room cleaning. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, so as the beds. The hotel is located in a quiet street, not so far from old town and popular areas. Public transportation available around, and taxies are very cheap when you using an application or ordering from a machine. Around 40 RON from/to the Airport. Thanks!
