The location is quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The suite was large and very spacious. There are not too many food options around the hotel. We would stay again.

Very convenient location, right across the railway stop from the airport. 20' by train from the airport, 20' walk from the centre of Dresden. Descent value for money. The standard room I stayed in was rather small. Not very convenient for a stay longer than 2-3 days. Not set up for working for long on a desk as the room did have a table but neither a desk chair, nor space for anything more than a wide stool. No complimentary hot water kettle, cofee or tea. Just one bottle of water. The service was not bad but not excellent either. Generally, a recommended hotel, if the stay is not extended. I would not spend a week there, but 2-3 days was ok.

Beautiful hotel with friendly atmosphere /the staff were very helpful especially the young guy. The Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and bravo to the two charming women who serves the coffee. Location is also ideal … Thank You for the excellent service!!!

Following a significant issue in our room, we made numerous attempts to contact someone via phone, but unfortunately, no one answered despite our persistent calls. A large mirror fell off the wall and landed on my child's pillow and all over her bed. Scared me to death! There were shards of glass everywhere. What an incredible safety hazard. Upon visiting the reception desk, we were informed that they were too occupied to attend to phone calls. We requested to speak with a manager for a period of three days, yet regrettably, not only did this request go unfulfilled, but we also never received any contact from a manager. The level of service we experienced was the most unsatisfactory I have ever witnessed (reception as well as the restaurant and breakfast buffet). I tried to simply be kind and explain that I wanted to speak to a manager, but to no avail.
