Teriblle hotel. We got the dirty room, but ok - sometimes everyone could make the mistake. Although the rooms hasn't air conditioner (against the desciption), are small, dirty and smells bad. There aren't duvet at the rooms so is cold at night (only weird blanket). In the bidet were hairs (not us) and the worriest aspect are the breakfast - only old bread and rolls, cheese, ham and eggs from salty things. I required something else from four-stars hotel in REALLY high price :) I can't add any pictures but if someones will be interesting, I can send it in DM.

Please do not stay here. It's a total waste. Rooms and services are extremely bad. Smelled weird.Came for vacation with family. It totally ruined our stay. The air-conditioning wasn't working. Informed at desk many times, they said will fix. But nothing happened. There were few outlets but nothing worked except the one that TV was connected.Changed the room but same problem.Wifi was really bad. You could hear others talking. The locker/safe was not even working. We checked hotels near by so could move, but our bad no enough rooms were available.

Such a lovely stay, the bedroom was perfect for myself and me. The bathroom was more then what I needed and the breakfast was just yummy. The staff where really polite and when faced with me entering the room whilst he was still cleaning it he didn't even flinch, great stay and would have to say I would go back over and over again if only I could.

When I was looking to book hotel I saw entrance pic so luxury and clean I thought the rooms would be the same , unfortunately it was opposite . Room was so dirty full of dust , on curtains and under the bed . The mattress were awful, you can feel the spring on your back , it hurts my back and my neck . Staff were so rude or angry all the time . Toilets and toilet washer sink were so close to the bathtub that after shower you might fell, which it happened to me and I was lucky I could control myself well . Everything in the room smell so bad that I had to take the blanket and put it inside the wardrobe. I normally don’t give such a bad review but this hotel really I couldn’t, don’t recommend it at all

Long review so here’s the TLDR version. One room change, two mattresses as old as the Reagan Administration, seven nights of no AC and a lifetime of regret. This place is awful. First of all, the rooms all smell moldy. The ac doesn’t work in anybody’s room. The mattress is from 1984. There is black mold everywhere. We found other people’s clothing in the drawers, I can only imagine they fled and decided the clothes they forgot were an acceptable sacrifice to not set foot in there again. There is a nice bar that is never open because the owner is too cheap. No laundry servire. Mold in the mini fridge. The shower leaks. The headboard is not attached to the bed. There is no mattress cover to cover said 1984 mattress. I could go on but at this point you should get the idea. The only redeeming quality is the location is pretty good, but so are other hotels.
