I visited this hotel with my father, we had a wonderful experience, the receptionist was very sweet, and everytime we left she always wished us a great adventure for that day, and she always greeted us. The hotel itself is in an amazing location tucked away in a nice area, that's very beautiful and lively, every morning when I woke up I was able to look right down at the people at the coffee shop on the next street. It was an amazing stay and I couldn't have wished for a better hotel it will definitely be my first choice when I visit again next year and I'm definitely looking forward to it! Much thanks to this beautiful hotel! Pros: Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, amazing receptionist, 24 hour service, great location, clean, quiet Cons: The rooms are a bit small, but nothing unbearable

From the start, the experience here was horrible. I understand the front desk is 24 hours—it is not. We waited outside the hotel waiting to be let in. The stench inside the hotel is disgusting, and I believe it’s from the unwashed carpeting at the entrance. The rooms are small and dusty, with unclean carpets. The size of the room makes it difficult to walk without hitting something. This hotel should not have a 4-star designation—it is barely a 2.

Everything was fantastic from start to end. The bed were very comfortable.The staff was incredibly welcoming. Good and tasty breakfast. We will be back soon. I really recommend this hotel.

Definitely don't book this hotel! Here you will be robbed! During our visit, cash and jewelry were stolen using a room card. The hotel said this had never happened before and that it was a professional thief. The Google reviews show that we are not alone. There must be an accomplice at the hotel. The hotel sees no fault in itself. The police were informed, unfortunately without success. The only thing left now is to see a lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and book another hotel. It’s no safe place for your stay.
