I would give the Emiliano 6 stars if I could. From the moment you arrive, you're treated like royalty. The staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly (special thank yous to Cecilia, Tomas, and Nicolas!). Everyone we encountered not only did their best to meet our needs, but often anticipated them, and the service went above and beyond. It seemed that they thought of every little touch to make our stay that much better. We had the pleasure of having breakfast at the hotel restaurant four times, each time ordering different things from the menu, and literally every item was phenomenal. The location can't be beaten. The area is very lively, fun, and safe, with many cool stores you can walk to. The hotel's also about a 20-minute walk up to MASP and about 30 minutes from Ibirapuera, and also a short drive to Vila Madalena and Pinheiros. Our room was very spacious, incredibly clean, and immensely comfortable, and felt very luxurious. In fact, coming back to the room after a day of exploring the city was something to look forward to every evening. I can't thank the staff enough for such a wonderful stay. The Emiliano is just incredible.

We just stayed a night at the Emiliano and must say it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a great walkable and safe part of Sao Paulo and caters to both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are substantial in size considering the middle of town location. Moreover, their attention to detail and customer service was vastly superior. As an example of their attention to detail, we received an email and whatsapp message requesting our shoe sizes a couple of days prior to our arrival – I guess to make sure they had the right size room slippers! And it was a pleasure dealing with them on airport pickups and drop-offs all through whatsapp. Check-in was a breeze and the spa was excellent. The breakfast at their restaurant was both great with respect to the quality/taste of the food and also their customer service. And our late check-out was even better considering a later in the evening flight. As another great example to their customer service, I was seated in the lobby post check-out with a friend waiting for our car and they offered us both coffee and tea and didn’t even charge us for that! Who does that? Only advice is that I would strongly heed the hotel’s recommendations for departure time to the airport – Sao Paulo traffic is intense!

What a wonderful experience at this expertly managed, iconic property. It has everything that one could want in a city property! Great service - including daily refreshed amenities. The breakfast is excellent; food and service is amazing. Hotel Manager, Rafaela, is an expert. Her staff is very experienced. Always pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Rooms are beautiful. This hotel worths more than 5 stars for sure. Very nice location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Emiliano briefly at the start of 2021 and we absolutely loved it! The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. We had dinner, breakfast, and lunch at the restaurant and all meals were prepared exceptionally with a good variety of choices. My wife also received a massage at the spa and continues to say that it was one of the best massages of her life. We are planning to return to the Emiliano every year when we visit Sao Paulo for Christmas and New Years.
