The room assigned was exactly what i had requested and was not disappointed. The room was very clean and very well appointed. Front Desk staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Our flight arrived early and they readily permitted us to check in before check in times, this was greatly appreciated. The location of the establishment is perfect. Downtown and close to all amenities and everything in walking distance.

Good place if you prefer to stay at the heart of Montreal downtown. Close to many shops and restaurants. The property itself is not too big. Rooms are small but decent. I was allowed to check in early without any additional cost. My room was clean. I asked for room service only once during my stay. Bed was comfy. The AC/heat was very noisy though. I used to make the room warm enough and then turn it off. Wifi is very good. Bathroom door will open and knock you if you don't fully close it. The royal park is about 20 minute walk. You get for the price you are paying at this good location.

The location of this place is excellent, and the rooms are quite decent. The bed is quite comfy and the room itself is very spacious. The staff provides a very friendly and helpful service, which is a big plus. When it comes to the gym, it's fair for the price of the rooms. However, it could use some improvement. While the current equipment is satisfactory, adding more equipment would be a nice upgrade. The Cora restaurant is also conveniently close by. Overall, highly recommended for decently priced rooms, great service and convenient location.

I had originally booked a room with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out couch a month in advance. We were a party of five young adults and this room is what we typically book. I checked in the day before and confirmed everything. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that my room was no longer available for me, due to a problem which was not specified. I was told then that my party of five adults would have to be separated into two separate rooms with one queen bed in each. This obviously could not fit five adults. I was not provided with a cot and was not compensated for this inconvenience. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to the Best Western anytime soon.
