The Hotel Europe is a very good hotel located in a good location in Zurich. We were able to walk everywhere and it is close to public transportation. The staff were attentive and provided excellent customer service. The room is a bit quirky, there was a step-up to the bathroom which I forgot as I exited and almost bit the dust. There also was no thermostat, although the room temperature was comfortable. The bed was absolutely fantastic! It was comfortable and it was the best night of sleep we had on our entire trip.

Hi! Overall I found the hotel very clean, very organized and good in value for money! I asked from staff to grant a non-rugged room since I have dust allergy and old rugs makes me worse and they gave me one! Most striking aspect of the hotel for me was cleanliness and quality of bathroom furniture and supplies. My only improvement point as a suggestion would be the drains of the shower. As I shower drain was not fully emptying the water and at one point it became a pool, starting to leak into bathroom floor. Also, maybe renewing the furniture at some point would be further improvement. But I enjoyed my stay very much and I would stay at the same room if I revisit Zurich, thank you!

Nice clean hotel in good location near the river walk and close to Old Town and churches. Many restaurants, book store, grocery store near by. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms had unique furnishings and were big and comfortable. No air conditioning and it was pretty hot at the time. There was a big fan. Service at front desk by Noya was very pleasant and helpful.

Location very good, no parking it was our problem. Bathrooms are dirty with alot of hair on floor, toilet paper was used and we needed to buy our. the maid did not let us sleep in the morning, they simply kicked us out. we didn't even have breakfast that day. in the 21st century this hotel has no ventilation and no air conditioning. we had one small fan in the room. the hotel does not meet the criteria of a hotel in the center of Zurich. breakfast on the first day was satisfactory. the restaurant staff was very friendly and the food excellent.
