Stay away at all cost ! I had initially booked a room at Exe Panorama, in the 10th, for a business trip as it offered a great location close to Gare du Nord and many of my clients' offices. When I tried to check in, I was told that the hotel was booked "over capacity" and I'd moved to another hotel of the group. Given that it was fairly late, I didn't have any option but to agree to it. I was then moved to their St Lazare's hotel and I barely got an excuse for this incredibly poor experience. I also hadn't been warned by email in advance which is not acceptable. The rooms there were tiny and the hotel is right above a metro line so there was some noise/vibration during my whole stay. When I came to check out, the hotel first charged me twice on the bank card I provided, before they noticed, apologised, and told me I'd be reimbursed the difference in 3 days. I was not offered any commercial gesture from their end, even after many protests from my side. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel group as it is very poorly managed and the room quality was poor. Given my awful experience, I will share this feedback within my company to make sure we stay away in the future. I would definitely, 100% avoid.

Not for that Preis, the service and the room was not okay for 200+ Euro because the front desk was so rude to me as if she is the owner of the hotel(later was the manager here)and didn’t want me there because i couldn’t speak Spanish or French i felt really left alone, maybe she was having a bad day but no matter what,she shouldn’t be so rude to me just because I only speak German and English at the end the manager although apologized to me but the front desk was still speaking Spanish and i would say not to recommend if you don’t speak Spanish or French because the whole team from this hotel are from Spain and they can’t speak English very well ,as for the room it smells like hospital it wasn’t really pleasant for my sleep!

Big noise when subway pass through. Room small with heavy chemicals smell but counter staff is kind breakfast just ok

This place is disgusting but more than the place the kid Spanish speaker at the entrance doing a sort of receptionist job! Unfriendly, not clear, saying yea your room will be cleaned but doing nothing! The room is full of spider nets (look at the pics) and the refurbishment done was so bad that all walls are cracking down again. If they wanna sell this as a business hotel I can say they did a very bad job! Definitely will not come here again and would love to avoid everyone coming to this type of environment!
