No TV. Well there was actually but no channels. Unlike some other stupid google reviewer YES THERE IS HOT WATER. It does take a while for it to come out though in the shower. WiFi didn't reach the room. For a one night or 2 night stay it's fine. Its best asset is its central location to the plaza in downtown Tlalpan. I recommend.

Terrible service. There is no hot water in the shower. The pipes are clogged. Miserable and very poor quality foods (they even poison you). They limit you to 1 bottle of water a day. There is no internet and the signal inside the premises is precarious. They spy on you in your rooms at night. They do not allow you access with app foods. There is no weather. They remove bad references.

It is evident that this beautiful place was a retreat for the seminarians: pure penance for the tourists. Without hot water, micro-rooms (not even top-class European hotels have such small rooms anymore), there is no privacy. Anyway, the price per room ($920.00) is cause for complaint to Profeco. Of course: what beautiful gardens and what a beautiful country house! But nothing else. I do not recommend it as a hotel, friends.
