Beautifully designed interiors, quiet and spacious rooms with exceptional views of São Paulo, perfect location, big gym with everything, and a nice relaxing pool. However, there were a few things that surprised me in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was served in the bar but was advertised online as in the restaurant. It felt cramped and a bit chaotic. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said the restaurant was being renovated. That was the first time someone mentioned this which felt a bit deceitful. The service was OK but good be more attentive. Overall, the hotel needs a little tlc. The wear and tear is visible on the chipped paint of corners and doorknobs. With new budding competition in town, it’s hard to justify choosing it at the current price point.

We stayed at Fasano in January 2023. Impeccable experience from the moment yoi step into the hotel. Amazing pool, gym and spa. The massage I got at the spa was the best I had in my life. I cannot wait to go back and stay again in this iconic place.
