No need to expect fancy stuff here, buddy. This place isn't a high-end hotel, but it's clean, quiet, and decent. The owner and staff are super nice. The bathroom's a bit snug, but it gets the job done. Plus, they throw in two free water bottles and some tasty cookies. The location isn't smack in the center, but you've got some gourmet restaurants nearby. So, it's got its perks! 🏨😄

This property was great. Not close to the centre of the city but it is walkable (20-25 min). The staff treated us great! The rooms are spacious, very well kept, and super clean. Big washroom and shower which was great. Bed was a little bit on the harder side but still comfortable. No pool. No balcony. No breakfast offered but there is a GREAT cafe to eat at down the street called Caffè Bargioni with super amazing staff and where many locals visit. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return here in the future. kid/family friendly resort.

There was no breakfast, charged 20 euros per night for car parking which I found to be little extra, 6 euros tax per night per person when thats the tax rate of a 5 star hotel, normal 2-3 stars shouldn’t charge more than 4.5euros. Room corners were not that clean. Ac was mediocre. The picture shows room size where we couldn’t even open more than 1 bag at a time. Its tooo compact & congested. The only good thing I liked was the night staff he was helpful. Definitely not suggesting coming here unless its the last hotel left in Florence.
