I had work scheduled for a few days nearby and found this hotel when I searched for a hotel on Google Maps. Looking at the website, I saw that it was a cheap price with a late check-in and a nightly price of about 5,000 yen, which included sweets every night and breakfast of your choice every morning, so I made a reservation. When I got lost, I found that it was as modern as I expected? It was like a leisure hotel, and it was very easy to find even at night. A large soundproofed room, a large king-sized bed, a large bathroom with a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee, tea, mineral water, free Kappa Ebisen sachets, and plenty of amenities. I was very surprised! Another great thing about this place is that the receptionists are very friendly and will tell you a lot of things when you ask them. Also, when I told them in advance that I wanted a non-smoking room, they took care to install a special deodorizing device, which I was happy about. The only thing I was concerned about was the ventilation fan and air purifier in the room. Only the filter was full of dust. I was a little disappointed because the room seemed to be well-cleaned. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it's best to prepare in advance. Highly recommended for travel and business use by adults who can close their eyes to the exterior of the hotel, adult goods in the room, and videos!

Except for the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room, other parts are pretty good. If you drive and want to go to Arima Onsen, you can still stay there, because the cost of accommodation in Arima is very exorbitant.

Stayed in room 402 with the standard plan for a room without meals. This room was spacious and comfortable for ¥10,000. Used for overnight stay on return from uni I was worried about finding an APA hotel in the city, but for the price I stayed here, the room was much larger and the bath was spacious and comfortable. The cost performance is the best I would like to use it again♪ However, the drawback is that the lighting equipment is defective, so please check the details and repair it.

I stayed there during a short trip because the reviews were good, but the store staff's response to salt was so sad that it's going to be a trip I don't want to remember... Although the rooms are old, they are clean and well-maintained. The location was also good, close to Arima Onsen and Rokko Garden Terrace. I couldn't use the credit card I usually use when paying bills. Also, what is the service fee? It was about 1000 yen, but I wanted to listen to both of them, but I couldn't because the salt response was too sad.
