Our front desk and room service was excellent. The room we had had a nice view of the South Vietnam Sea. The bed was very hard. The staff told me they are going to start with renovations of the building and upgrading the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade to softer mattresses. But we really don't have much to complain because the price was great. The view was great. The food is great. The restaurant down the road called the old man had great food. I highly recommend visiting them.

While this motel was clean and quiet. It's nothing to write home about. The room was spacious but the bed was almost as hard as the floor. The bathrooms were weird. The shower didn't have a curtain and the water got on the floor which was very slippery and took a long time to dry. We purchased breakfast for $2 a day per person and it was provided by the small market next door. The pool was very refreshing and there was an outdoor shower to rinse yourself off after being at the beach which is just across the street. They have bicycles and mopeds for rent, although we didn't rent either. Hoy an is a lovely town and we would definitely visit again but not at this motel. We would most likely get something closer to the rest of the things like the old town and the restaurants.

It is 2mins walking from the beach and 15mins by taxi to the main atracctions of the city center. Being Hoi An a very touristic place I highly recommend this place because it is quieter. The people at the reception were nice and helpful to us :)
