Topography of the hotel is good . wonderful atmosphere. There have River view and sound. It’s a romantic place. There have a swimming pool, it’s 4 feet depth. There have a gym but it’s not work. there have a pub also. Room price is normal because it’s giving good satisfaction. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Service is good.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are awesome as well. However, they refused to serve us breakfast past 9:30 a.m. despite requesting them numerous times, because we were stuck on the road and returned a bit late. The "free wifi" doesn't work either and they made no effort to make it work.

When we were checking out, the staff came and said one bath mat was missing and could we please check our bags. We opened one suitcase and asked them to check it themselves. (The other suitcase was already in the car but we offered to bring it back for checking too). We were quite unhappy with the treatment but didn't complain. We are from India - we feel that if we were white-skinned Europeans or Americans or Japanese or anyone else we would not have been treated this way. Just a warning to other Indians. I am still giving this three stars because we can't blame all the staff for the actions of a few.

Worst customer service ever experienced. I was here for my sister in law’s wedding & i had a very unpleasant experience. I went to the hotel early in the morning on the wedding day to arrange the tea table & our coordinator was a guy named wijaya & he didn't coordinate the event with us at all. Hardly saw him during the event & We had to do everything by ourselves. No any support staff to arrange anything. When i asked for a changing room they gave a room full of dirt & there were no any towels or soap ( wonder why they call it a changing room) when i asked for towel there response was “ we don't issue towels for changing rooms, sorry “ & again i asked for a towel & this time i asked them to charge for that service. Response was the same. That day was full with these types of incidents & I strongly advice you to think twice before selecting this place for any of your special days coz i felt like i am a burden to them. Thats how disgusting they treated us. Hardy any worker with a smile on his face. Totally disgusting experience.This is not a hotel this is more like a abandoned factory with dead souls inside.
