Location is everything to me. I can take direct train between the airport and hotel for round trip. Close to metro station both ginza line and toei asakusa line(with elevator). Surrender by many tourist attractions such as Senso-ji, Sumida river. Many bus stops nearby. The only downside is it quite far from central Tokyo. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is not too narrow and always clean. Separate toilet and bathroom are really a time saving for me. I wanted to give more score to this hotel but their mattress and pillow are uncomfortable, I had a hard time sleep every night. They don’t provide any bottle of water for guest. There are only two laundry machine which will always occupied even when late at night.

Air-conditioner not working properly. Only little wind from air-conditioner and I couldn't adjust it, I couldn't adjust anything via controller. So I ask the receptionist to check my room. He step inside without taking off his shoes, accidentally step on my foot without saying sorry, and try to make excuse for uncontrollable air-conditioner. He asks me if I am hot or cold. I told him I want ventilation not the temperature adjustment and he recommend me to open the window. Terrible services. He also recommended me to change rooms or ***hotel. I travel with my family and 3 rooms out of 5 have the same problem, my room, my parents room, and my brother's family room with infant. To change room or hotel at 10:30 pm is not an option. I didn't expect this kind of service from 3 stars hotel in Japan.

Really a wonderful hotel and experience, start to finish. Rooms are small but smart, clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. Breakfast buffet is very good. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Location is FUN. Upgrade to upper floor was inexpensive and well worth it. I will return!

The rooms were comfortable and we had a great view from 14th floor. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is also good as there are direct lines to both Haneda and Narita Airport. There are no JR statiom close by though. However with metro you can get to most places. Asakusa as a neighborhood is very touristy and not the most genuine. It’s not a down side of the hotel however we preferred staying in other neighborhoods more.

Great location close too all restaurants, attractions,huge souvenir market also close by.subway is only a 5 minute walk away!! Front service staff speak minimal English so have your google translate app installed helps alot.rooms a quite small but very clean. Breakfast has a good range of Japanese and western choices.would recommend this hotel for your japan stay.
