Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from City Hall station. It offers an economical rate, especially for members, with low breakfast charges. The first level features a CU convenience store and Starbucks. The hotel’s room housekeeping is commendable. Cons: However, the rooms are very small, posing challenges for travelers with large luggage. The bed is too firm, and the pillows are uncomfortably flat. The layout of separate toilet and shower rooms proves inconvenient, especially with the added challenge of a low water pressure shower. The presence of an onsen portable seat may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the placement of the towel bar outside the toilet is inconvenient for those sharing a room with friends or parents. Overall, my experience with the hotel was not positive. It is a 3 stars hotel in my opinion. However, for those who can appreciate the Japanese-style layout, the rates remain attractive.

Great “standard” hotel experience. Very good location, pretty bland breakfast, great view from room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lacked some amenities for the price such as free toothbrush etc. Also lack of good work area.

Rooms were of good size. Location is somewhat good. Pretty standard hotel, but the staff are great. They are very accommodating and always kept the rooms clean. I prefer somewhat softer mattresses, but that is very subjective. If they can have that, I’d give this hotel 5 stars. There’s a small CU convenience store and Starbucks as well. There’s also a really good Korean Bbq behind it called “Hwapo Sikdang”.

As this is a Japanese hotel, Rooms are slightly small but very well designed to maximize space. There is a convenience store and Starbucks at the hotel building. Many korean restaurants right outside the hotel where you see locals dining at. Staff spoke decent English and cleanliness is of very high standards. Love the febreze spray provided by the hotel. Downside is that I think the mattress is hard and slightly further walk to subway station.
