Hi. This is my personal experience staying at the hotel. Grand Mutiara Hotel, badly maintained and poorly managed. Room was not clean especially the bedsheet, pillow and the floor. Staffs were not friendly and didn’t really respond much to our queries. Water heater, was leaking. I believe this should be a hotel which would create a little of ambience for those who stay in the hotel, unfortunately I was wrong. The money I paid, was not worth for our stay. Regret staying there and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Owners, should monitor the responses and take apt actions instead of replying positively towards the messages.

Please find another hotel .. it's not worth it .. hopefully they will fix every part of this hotel

DON'T BOOKED THIS HOTEL. The worst hotel I had stayed. The bed sheet is full of stains. The hair is all over the floor. The lamp is covered with dust. Burning marks are on the blanket,seems someone smoked in the room. The door lock is broken. Water heater is not functioning. The towel provided is torn.

1/10. Stayed here for one night. 1) Bed,pillow, bedsheet was not clean. My body started iching terribly, praying can survive for the night. Spotted few bugs running around the bed. I got skin problem so my skin was effectly easily. 2) Bathroom was terrible. Heater & shower head was broken. The toilet was clogged. THE TOWEL WAS NOT CLEAN TOO. 3) Aircond was broken. Fan was there, but very slow even in 5th speed mode. I went to the counter to request on another room. They didnt give me another room as the receptionist said other rooms are not available. I asked him for provide me at least a new bedsheet,but the guy said the store room was locked. Bad experience for me. Hope this review will help the ones who are reading this.
