Location was great as it was right next to a station and the view was great (we booked a higher floor room). However the room itself was tiny (as expected) it was a bit of a squeeze so beware. The service itself was the biggest let down for me, the lobby felt like a fast food queue. All was automated which was fine but it left more to be desired. Nothing super wrong with this place, but also nothing to write home about given the price is not the lowest either.

Location of hotel was very convenient and accessible from the train station! They had self check in terminals for quick check in / out. They also had complimentry coffee machines at the lobby too! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were new, clean and very well furnished! However the room was a little small, not much space to put our luggage. Enjoyed my stay nevertheless!

I can’t give a one star because some of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. However, a fair majority of the staff were rude and seemingly unaware that they work in the hospitality business. As a non Japanese speaker, I’m aware that I should use a translation app to help me communicate with staff. However, no app is helpful when there isn’t a staff member around to help you. This was often the case here. Two staff members at most working down in a lobby with about 50+ guests at all times. This place seems like a factory, constantly turning people in and out. Everything is very automated which can be good for some but it does not feel like a hotel to me. Your room is a closet and they pack these rooms in to floors maximizing capacity but making elevator lines incredibly long and frustrating. The lobby is always crammed with people trying to check in, or check their bags. Spoiler: there is no such thing as your room being ready before 3 PM. Be prepared to wait in a line to check your bag. Good location, some good staff, but I would prefer a hotel that has more people working to ensure good customer service is available at any time…you know, like a hotel.

Great location ! Connected to Osaka Station, subway station and short walk to airport limousine bus stop. Reasonable basic hotel ( if you book ahead) Things are quite mechanical here. Rooms are different depending on types you pay for. Generally the 2 bedders are more spacious vs the 1 queen bed. Self check-in kiosks. Staff will only hold luggage. Self service to amenities, coffee tea located in lobby. Lobby on 9th floor is huge and connected to 8th floor restaurants. Gets really busy at times. Lots of eateries nearby for all budgets. Love those close to the stations where the salarymen eat lunch. The best hidden food are found here. Will stay here for the location.

You will see a long queue similar to the ones at the immigration. Using tech for self check-in causing long queue during check-in hour. Understand that the hotel might be popular with many tourists but I've never seen a queue this long before. Went up to the room, corridor was small so we had to move the chair and coffee table to make space for opening the luggage. We have 2 luggages so we had trouble with the other. Don't expect to have Wi-Fi because it gets disconnected and unable to connect. You'll be using your data all the way. Wouldn't stay here again. This hotel is only good for its location.
