Compact but well designed rooms - very clean and comfortable, and in a lovely neighbourhood with easy connections to the rest of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good quality for the price and for a 3 star hotel. Not a good fit if spacious and luxurious is what you’re after.

My first time in Paris and this location was wonderful! I used public transportation to get around and there are several bus stops and train stations nearby to get where we needed to go. When I had initially arrived at the reception desk, the receptionist and housekeeping had suggested a different room. I am a plus size traveler and was told the bathroom in my initial room would be small and uncomfortable. I thought this was a wonderful gesture. I was showed the new room which looks EXACTLY like their stock photos and the bathroom was roomy and comfortable, the downside the room size was a bit smaller. Which was fine, I didn't mind. I really appreciated them putting that extra thought so I had a comfortable stay. There is a 24h attendant, everytime we left at night to go out the doors are locked but the attendant is there to buzz you in, like the added security touch. The room has spectacular A/C, I had no idea that was basically a luxury in Paris. Haha... I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, I did help myself to complimentary tea/water in the lobby. Location again is very centralized to public transportation and I felt very safe at night and during the day walking from station/bus stop to the hotel. There are also many places to eat and drink in the vicinity. Overall, location was great, room was great, definitely would stay again if I'm ever in Paris.

- wouldn’t even let me sit in the dining area to have my lunch. Had to eat in the lobby - shower was so small couldn’t even shave my legs and the tv didn’t have smart capabilities so only option is French cable - the lobby area coffee maker was empty with coffee pods, cups and cream so I had to ask multiple times for items to make a coffee - the common bathroom was dirty and didn’t even have toilet paper in the holder

The room is so tiny it's uncomfortable. You can't open the front door without hitting the bathroom door. Infact if you let go of the handle and release the pins that hold the door shut, you can't open the door at all. Then an alarm starts sounding. The entire bathroom is wet all the time because the (tiny) shower has a strange door than doesn't do much. The door to the bathroom keeps getting stuck in the open position- at least I wasn't trapped but there is no privacy, and for some reason there is a huge window in front of the toilet that looks into the room. There is a shade for it, but WTH? There is no room to open a suitcase unless it's on top of the bed (leaving dirt on the bed). With two people you can't move, one person is crawling over the bed all the time because there isn't enough room to pass one another and we are not huge people. The staff is very nice, the room was clean and the neighborhood has a few excellent places to eat, but it has been extremely difficult to get taxis and Ubers to and from the area.

This hotel is a scam. We booked via Booking with free cancellation and no prepayment, as we usually pay in cash when we arrive Some hours later I received a notification saying someone was intending to charge me an unauthorized charge in my card (I added my card info in the booking as you are asked so they can charge you if you don’t show up) But as they are scammers, they tried to charge me that same day, even though we had 10 days left for the booking I reached out thinking this might have been an honest mistake, but they never answered because it seems it was on purpose, they just tried to steal my money. Now the booking in cancelled and I am reporting them in Booking Please, don’t waste your time and don’t book a room here
