Very nice rooms but make sure you have a room where you can control the heater. Otherwise it's just way too hot. Food is really good in both restaurants and breakfast People are always ready to help.

Great hotel and managed to get a very good last minute price. Slightly out of town but there is a bus stop literally a few metres from the hotel that takes you direct to the centre and runs every 10 mins. Hotel very clean and has good breakfast. We also used the gym which was very good. I'd 100% stay here again

The hotel staff, particularly attentive during breakfast, made our stay very enjoyable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Madrid! The hotel is very clean, and despite being a bit far from the city center, we had no issues using bus 53. Occasionally, it took an hour, possibly due to Black Friday rush.

I wish I could give a four stars overall as the hotel is perfectly adequate. However, for such a hotel, serving many business travellers to have NO HOTEL IRON is in my view preposterous. You are offered as an alternative some dry cleaning. This is not good enough. I landed late in the evening before a conference following day and needed to iron a shirt… then, there is the fact in beautiful warm weather in September the POOL IS CLOSED. So disappointing. On the upside; excellent breakfast omelette.
