It was a comfortable and convenient 2-night stay for us! The staff were very polite and helpful; it was a pleasure to interact with them. The breakfast was well-balanced with plenty of fruits, which I enjoyed. The location was quite good, but keep in mind that it's about a 25-minute walk to downtown.

The rooms were reasonably clean although there was no kettle provided for warm drinking water. Location wise, the hotel is situated near the metro which is good enough for us. The service provided by the hotel reception needs to be improved upon. We had a very bad experience. We had actually made enquiries regarding the kettle and the reservation of seats for breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and were given conflicting advice on two separate occasions. One of the staff even commented that he is not responsible for the advice given by his colleagues earlier when we pointed this out to him. He had not bothered to check on the conflicting advice. He seems more interested in letting the guests know that he is right. This actually mar what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Room was nice. Restaurant has good menu. Breakfast is detailed. The Coffeemaschine not so good. Gym is smaller but it is enough to train a bit during vacation. Shared office space is possible and the rooms are enabled to have a desk and can work from there. The hotel is famous for the integration of disabled people in the daily business but the service getting lesser points because of that. A lot of miss understandings, slower reactions and sometimes not executed requests. Would nonetheless stay there again.

I’m baffled how this is a 4* hotel. It seems like it’s a travel lodge making out that it’s the Hilton. Staff were mostly friendly apart from one guy who looked like a bulldog chewing a wasp. The hotel room was basic and unclean/broken - saw dust all over the floor where they were changing locks, bathroom still had hair in the shower and hairs in the bidet, toilet door handle broken, bathroom lights broken and exposed wires just under the desk. Like I said the room is basic I was very surprised that for a 4* hotel there wasn’t even kettle with tea and coffee provided. The tv obviously had Spanish channels which is understandable, also had German and French but there was no English Channel. Breakfast was nice in which they provided hot and cold options but the problem was that the hot options of scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms and sausages were not hot its was mildly warm. We also had some lunch here as we were killing time before going to the airport which was very nice but we were then charged €10 for something that we didn’t have which the lovely waiter sorted it out for us but I’m confused at how that mistake happened as we were the only people there.

No hot water at december 2023... unbelivable! The Hotel should be luxury or they declare so, but with this issue not solved, (i come out without have my shower) they honestly should think to devolve one of thier stars to another hotel!! some little excuses and nothing more, but my issue remain. I'm an automation service manager and a poor thermal probe will give the feedback of functionally to avoid this, in rhis way your guests will not obliged to remain without hot water. NOT SUGGESTED
