Had a very pleasant stay in the new building! Staff was wonderful and service was amazing. Felt like a home away from home during my visit to Nepal and will definitely be staying here the next time I come too! :)

We went this hotel by seeing 3-star hotel and expected same level of service but Personally this hotel doesn’t deserve any star. Such a disgrace in the name of hotel. Service is zero and no sense of hospitality. Hygiene is poor as well. Plus they just want money in everything and charged us for a lipstick marks on towel. I mean ridiculous. Why the hell you gave towel if you’re gonna charge extra for using that. Management system is super rude and don’t know how to talk with guest. I’m not surprised why hotel is empty.

If you want cockroaches on your bed then this hotel is best place for you. I barely survived in such a unhygienic hotel. Rooms are not that great as per it’s price.
