5/5 Couldn't complain anything. The service is great. They also provide a luggage storage for a guest. I used the storage service because I was there too early and I want to walk around the city before check-in time. The room is nice and clean. It has a Nespresso coffee machine too. The location is great, 5-min by walk from the Nakajima-koen station. You can walk to Susukino also. It was quiet at night even its location close to the Susukino.

Good location (8-10 mins walk) to susukino station; slightly outskirt of susukino area but still within walking distance to the bustling area. Rooms were big (for Japan standard) and well furnished. Toilet had separate wet and dry areas; a big plus. Clean, modern looking and comfortable rooms. There’s Netflix on TV. Has 7-11 next door! Limited parking lots, with slight discounted pricing as guests of the hotel. Will definitely be back for a stay :)

An unhappy staff at the breakfast service ruins the hotel experience, this staff is inpolite, rude and unprofessional, seems racist to non-japanese tourist, uses inappropriate english to communicate with bad attidtude.I would give it a zero star if theres an option. This stuff is skinhead, deserve the hotel management team to fire him for this.

Great hotel in Sapporo. Very Family friendly as they accomodate our family of 5 travellers (2 Adults , 3 Child , 7, 5, 3 yo). Superior Double Room was huge by Japan Standards at 28m2 with very new high quality furnishing and fittings. There is a nice bathtub which was very pleasant to soak in during winter. It was snowing heavily for 2 days straight and the room was warm Cozy and comfortable. Service and housekeeping was excellent. There is Netflix on the TV so you can sign in to enjoy favourite shows. Closeby to 7-Eleven and 5 mins walk to Nakajima Subway Station (220 yen to Sapporo Station). 3 mins walk to Airport limo Bus stop @ 1100 yen one way to airport (schedule from hotel counter). 10 mins walk to susukino and ramen alley area. Breakfast buffet has many options and of good quality. Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely visit again !
