If you like sleeping on cardboard book your stay here. This hotel has the worst beds I have ever slept in. Literally hard as rocks, at one point I almost got in my car to fall asleep. Was here for a work event and would never think about returning. Got 2 nights of no sleep… isn’t that all a hotel is for? SLEEPING! I think I have to go see a chiropractor from laying in this bed. The public areas look to be updated but rooms are pretty old and outdated. One last note, the kings are not true kings, I have a queen at home and my feet hang off the end of these beds, I felt like a giant. Makes no sense.

Delta Hotels by Marriott definitely got the luxury. First of all reception hall was fantastic with nice decorations. Rooms are spacious and cozy. No freezer & no complementary breakfast . If you can ignore these along with some top wall cracks inside the bathroom, you will enjoy your stay here . Overall a good stay

Great hotel with a nice indoor heated pool. Just beware they do not provide towels as listed on the site. Also, there are no chairs or benches around the pool- so your things will have to go on the wet floor surrounding the pool and if you are not swimming you have no where to sit but... the cold wet floor. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. But years ago this place had amazing amenities and sadly they have disappeared.

Rooms looked remodeled. They are okay. My room was missing coffee cups. When called them they never delivered it. When called them after 30 minutes, they didn't pick up the phone. I went to the front desk and asked them as to why did they not deliver the cups and the Lady was rude and said I can grab it from the restaurant myself. I will not stay here again simply because of the rudeness of the staff. Location is odd as well and not easy to drive to.

This hotel is so beautiful and well kept I loved my stay here! It’s so scenic that there’s always some type of big event being thrown. Their food was pretty good and was a good portion for the price. However I must rave about Justyn and Bryan who made my stay feel like I was at home. They were always very friendly always greeting me with a smile. They were extremely attentive and helpful offering advice and suggestions in the area. They make sure that you are completely happy with your stay and if you’re not they actually try to ensure they change the tone of your experience. I’ve never had such a great experience with the front desk staff and I travel quite a bit and frequent hotels. They should be the prime example of how to provide a five star customer service experience to guests!! I’d definitely stay here again for the beauty and my two favorite front desk reps Justyn and Bryan!!!
