Good location, staff friendly. Rooms are a reasonable size, quiet, and have a safe and a small empty fridge. There is a Carrefour Express on the opposite side of the road. Wifi was not working in the room, we were offered an alternative room but declined as it was not suitable for us. Pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Room ac did not appear to honor the temperature setting so room was either to cold, or with ac turned off it was to warm.

I stayed 4 nights and in general was satisfied from the hotel. Although, there’s a room to improve, put non slippery carpet under the bed, put kettle and tea bags in the room, improve sound isolation for doors, put more shampoos and bath gels. Young guys who work in hotel are awesome. I didn’t eat breakfast there but went to nearby cafe, they could also improve variety of foods.

This was really a nice, small and affordable hotel in Alicante - a city hotel. Rooms are super clean and ideal for a few days. The location a few doors from the city market is absolutely perfect for easy access to everything worth visiting in the City. And the breakfast was great value - lots of choice buffet style with quality ingredients. Nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Very convenient and well managed place!

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Was the perfect location for a city break, being on the C6 airport bus route and right next to the old town and numerous restaurants and bars. Just a short walk (10 mins) to the promenade and a lovely beach. The Hotel has everything you need with safe box and fridge in the rooms, really comfortable bed and outstanding cleanliness. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and good value. Staff are brilliant and really helpful. Alicante is a lovely little city and has a great balance of local Spanish culture without being overwhelmed by tourists who presumably all head off for Benidorm. The paella and fresh fish restaurants are outstanding. Definitely be back to this hotel again.
