Really nice hotel for a good price. The view from the balcony is superb. You can see the Shiva statue of Pumdikot temple on a clear and sunny day in one side, in another you can see the mount Everest. It hits just right while having a morning tea. They also provide rides for tourists and will take you every tourist places near by for a price. Except for the uncomfortable pillows I have no other complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Shore Hotel. The personal makes everything to help you at any time, they are the greatest asset of the place. The rooms, breakfast and service were superb. The internet connection is quite slow. I would say this is the only thing that needs to be improved. Lastly, the manager, Sanjog, deserves all the congratulations possible. He is the most efficient, friendly and service oriented manager I have had the chance to meet. He clearly takes the service to the next level. A big shout for him 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Mr Sanju is an absolute rockstar of this property. He has everything that’s needed to manage the property and make guests comfortable. Our stay was absolutely fantastic with the terrace room and beautiful view of the Annapurna range. The property is well maintained and clean. We did find the size of the room to be small but that didn’t matter much. 🚨🚨🚨THE RED FLAG OF THIS PROPERTY - DO NOT HAVE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT! The restaurant is absolutely miserable. It took us 2 hours to get entire dinner order when the restaurant was absolutely empty. Dishes were tasteless, somehow they were prepared, Chef was earlier helping out with general housekeeping stuff like delivering towel, opening gate, and was cooking food as well. We were a group of 8 people, waiting patiently initially but all of us lost it and the entire experience was ruined. I must add that Sanju was accommodating enough to give us discount on the food menu. In short, great stay, absolutely horrendous food and restaurant service.

I loved everything. * World Class five star level hospitality lead by Sanjog, the general manager. Going above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed, looked after and get all the attention you need. Well organised operation. * Location is superb. From my room's balcony a clear view of the mountains of the Himalaya and the lake as well. Absolutely stunning. In walking distance you can find hundreds of quality restaurants, tourist shops. Reception is ready to advise and organise everything for you for an affordable and competitive price range. * The room itself is fantastic, A/C (I didn't need it) working, bathroom and the room is spotless clean and the bed mattress is comfortable as well.

Certainly recommend all guys going trekking to stay here. One leader staff is not only friendly but also very professional. He knows everything we need to have relaxing time here in Pokhara. The hotel has everything you need including baggage storage service, laundry, shuttle service to nearest bus station, and so on. Definitely ask them for support if you have any favor and they will do their best for you.
