The room on the first floor, number 10, was basic and small, the walls seemed thin but the staff was very nice. I arrived at the hotel at 11am, let them know my arrival time and my room was ready when I got there, three hours ahead of check in time. My room was clean and the shower was great. Good pressure, hot water, clean, no janky shower head. Bed was comfy enough. AC worked well. Not super close to the beach or the gare but not super far either.

A very pleasent hotel, perfectly located close to everything. We stayed for more than a week and enjoyed it so much! The service was amazing. Everyone in the staff was so helpful. They answered all of our questions and provided recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was beautiful and cosy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall would recommend! Great location, very close to main strip and not even a 10 min walk from beach/Promenade des Anglais. Rooms were clean enough and we felt safe. Felt a little expensive for what the hotel offers (i.e. bathroom door didn’t shut properly, air con a bit temperamental) BUT we were there in peak summer season and couldn’t find anything cheaper, so no complaints 😊 Thank you for having us!

Perfect hotel to enjoy the city. The location couldn’t be better! It’s not in the very touristy spots but still everything is within walking distance. The Promenade is a 10 minute walk and so is the old Town of Nice. The rooms are small but it has everything you need in it, most important in the summer, air conditioning. We added the breakfast every morning and it was nice too. It’s an easy way for a breakfast and nothing to fancy, the offer some basic stuff. The women (can’t remember her name) was very nice and explained the city to us and what to do. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, since it’s very affordable.
