My group stayed for 2 nights. I am giving a 5 star rating because the Front Office staff are helpful and friendly, ESPECIALLY Helen!! Excellent service rendered by Helen. She gave us many recommendations and took it upon herself to call the eateries/shops for availability. Leo Hotel has a gem within the organisation. The location is good plus there is a 24hrs convenient store just across the hotel. The only downside is the traffic noise, so request for rooms away from the road. Everything else in the room is nice. I love the clothes steamer!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel staff members, Helen and Mr. Park Se Ho, are so friendly, sweet, professional, and helpful. They are also fluent in English. I loved the place because of the fantastic customer service. The rooms are good, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. I 100 percent recommend this place if you are okay with living in the city. There are so many coffee shops, stores, and restaurants around us, so our stay was quite comfortable.

The staff is extremely welcoming and conversant is English. Really felt so welcome here. I also love the Steam Clothing Care. It's extremely helpful for quick cleaning of the winter wear. The boys love the bath tub too. The location is convenient for late night shopping, eating and even laundromat if you like to keep your luggage light.

The service here is unmatched! I would never expect the amount and quality of service for the asked price. It’s just too good. Valet parking 10/10 Luggage service 10/10 Elevator service 10/10 Friendliness 11/10 Food recommendations 10/10 Rooms are big, beds are big. The rooms are extremely clean. We even had a small washing machine which works with steam. Super close to the airport and the city center is easily walkable (dream tower ~20mn). I am extremely happy with my stay here and can recommend without a doubt.

We were warmly welcome by a cheerful front desk staff Helen when we arrived at Hotel Leo on 13th Nov' 23. Her customer service was excellent. Her body language, tone of voice when she showed us the direction to the eating place, she was full of energy! She was thoughtful and caring by helping all the nine of us to check in early so that we could take a rest. The rooms were clean with the user friendly smart toilets. Thumbs up for Hotel Leo and Helen.
