Warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful personnel run this small but top-notch hotel, from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning service. They have been friendly and always ready to offer useful solutions. The rooms are in a wonderfully tidy and clean state whenever we get back in the evening. The balcony is spacious, as are the rooms, making it nice to have coffee or tea or even a meal on the balcony with a view of the nearby trees. The environment is relatively quiet both in daytime and at night. A splendid and memorable staying experience in Berlin.
