Overall a great place to stay, easy walk to all of the fun attractions in central Amsterdam. We stayed in room 305 & 8. Both were great but room 8 was ground floor with a loft. Highly recommend 8. There is a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby which is nice most days.

Not too fancy, but not too shabby either. Essentials are presents and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was not super clean as there were many mosquito stains on the wall, but the bed was made and clean. I was at the ground level and there are no bars in front of the window, so I did not want to keep the window open during the night, which was stressful as the room was very warm due to the weather.

We have stayed 3 nights. Great location regards the public transport and sightseeing. The room was convenient. The service was very helpful and friendly especially by Mr. Ayub which gave us few good local tips around the area. Thanks for making our staying enjoyable. All the best from Berlin.

The walls were dirty and the ceiling had moisture on it. Also, the sound insulation is poor as we could hear people up to 2am. Nonetheless, the location is great (close to the central station and close to the bus to Volendam). There is free coffee as well, but I did not try it so I cannot tell you whether it is tasty or not. I would still recommend it if you do not have an enormous budget and you wish to sleep in a hotel.
