This hotel was perfect for me and my friend! Great location, could walk to Louvre and nearby, behind the arch, so lovely are with lots of restaurants - also a nice walk to Montmartre🥰 Metro connection is very convenient too. The rooms were nice and clean, lobby very beautiful and comfortable and the Italian coffee on breakfast really is as good as they say! The personnel was so friendly and helpful - I had some questions and special requests, and they could really help me with everything😊 Will definately stay here the next time I come to Paris!

I have to visit Paris next week, and I'm really worried about the issue on insects everyone is speaking about. The hotel seems not to be clear and transparent on it, saying they are infested, and they are not 1 hour later. Not really a good customer service. Anyone that visit it recently has some info to share? Thanks in advance Andrea

Awful experience at this hotel. Had a mouse in the hotel room which staff decided to block out with toilet paper. Staff were often rude and unwilling to help. Location was rather scary, with men shouting at us in the street. No privacy in bathrooms, men across the street could watch me shower and go to the toilet. Cleaners/members of staff would often walk into the room at random points or the day without knocking or apologising. Aircon leaked all over the carpet, which then didn’t work the rest of the day after it was ‘fixed’. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend
