No kitchen utensils in the fully kitchenette room -Wifi at common area is available - Laundry If you need to wash your clothes, no need to book room with washer and dryer. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the hotel .. Or other options need big drum washer and dryer...just cross from the hotel. 24hours - Breakfast Everyday same menu - Amenities Free face cleanser, lotion or cream Kids pajamas is available for 6-10 years Adults pajamas available in the room Free coffee machine along with coffee sugar and cream Even kids tooth brush is available Parking is available

First of all, I'll summarize the key points: 1. Perhaps a single room not being cleaned properly could be considered an accident, but if both rooms have the same issue, does it indicate a problem? 2. Even if we assume that the hotel has done some cleaning, what is the point of cleaning if there are still obvious stains on the bedsheets and other items? 3. It is surprising that the hotel doesn't have spare bedsheets available. 4. Based on the description provided, I believe the bedsheets were dirty. However, when I mentioned this to the staff, he shouted at me. 5. The staff made decisions without consulting me. Even if whether or not I agreed with the decision was up to me, it was still an impolite behavior. 6. The staff repeatedly emphasized that they guarantee cleanliness. But based on the description provided, this staff member has no credibility with me. Typically, when you want to prove something, you should provide substantial evidence rather than just verbal assurances. Now, I will briefly describe the sequence of events: When I was getting ready to sleep at around 11:00 pm, I noticed hair on the bed and walls that had not been cleaned. I contacted the front desk, and then Mr.English came to my room. After acknowledging the issue, he assured me that the rooms were clean (which puzzled me) and offered to change my room. However, in the new room, I discovered more hair and even stains on the sheets and telephone. I had to contact the front desk again. Mr.English reiterated his assurance and mentioned that they didn't have any spare bedding or available rooms. Then, inexplicably, he started making a phone call. But by this time, I was already very tired, so I interrupted him and said, "Although the bedsheets are not clean, I can manage to stay here." He shouted at me, "It's not dirty! PLEASE wait a moment," and continued his phone conversation. After the call, he informed me that they would arrange for me to go to another hotel. It was already around 11:40 pm, and considering that I usually sleep at 11:00 pm, I declined the offer to go to another hotel.

Such a bad experience we had tonight, They don't provide water, Airconditioner wasn't working in room, small rooms. Being very strict for check in time as mentioned, Wifi was not working in room. Non supporting staff.

Really great Hotel. Not the closest to the centre. But due to Tokyo being enormous it doesn't really matter. Great for Disney World. Station is close by. Metros are amazing. Breakfast is good but Eggs for me where a No no. That's just me though. Definitely recommend. Careful with all the rooms Ending with 15,12. They are next to the cleaners cupboard. So noisy from 8.00am.
