The staff are most welcoming from as soon as you get through the door. They really do take notice of all feedback. Couldn't believe the kindness and how they topped our trip. This is what you call amazing staff making the extra mile special! The rooms are very clean and spacious with everything we needed.

Good hotel with mansard rooms, big bathroom. There is only liquid soap in the bathroom, no slippers. Very good breakfast (recommend to book rooms only with it) on a buffet basis, parking under the windows. Parking is free. And you have to pay city tax 500 HUF per person

I definitely asked a quiet room during the booking, it was promised, but I got a noisy one face a busy road. I asked another one, but that they gave me an also noisy close to a road and with disgustingly smell like a smoking room, and it was indeed just they renamed without any painting an cleaning. The bed was small and unstable. For the next night finally they were able to manage to give me a relatively quiet, really non smoking room without any smell or issue as it was requested and promised. Not recommend if you surely wish to relax in a quiet, really non smoking room. The rooms those were smoking ones in the past should be renewed to avoid the inconveniences. The staff is kind, butt incompetent to handle such issues.
