Rooms were cosy and clean, the staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in there very much. The hotel also has a small spa and fitness area, which you can book for yourself. It felt really great in there after a full day in Paris.

Myself and my partner stayed at Hotel Mademoiselle for a long weekend before Christmas. We loved it. Our booking was made as a package deal through Eurostar, the whole booking processed without a hitch. We dropped off our bags early and left them there for the day on our last day, the staff were so helpful in taking care of them for us so we didn’t have to lug them around the city. The bed was super comfy, shower was roomy and we even had a little balcony to sit on in the evenings. Super close to both train stations by foot and the metro.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was big and - for a non-luxury hotel in Paris - comfortable (wish there was a couch or other lounge-worthy seating in the room, but good bed and bathroom, we slept well). The restaurant was very good (recommend getting the breakfast here), the location was exactly what we wanted, but the staff was really the highlight all around. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel most welcome. In particular, the day shift manager even agreed to be on standby to help us (since my French is beginner level) with a potential issue we were returning to Paris to deal with at a store (it turns out that his help wasn’t needed, but his willingness to help advocate for us was above and beyond). And the indoor patio was a nice place for a nighttime drink and smoke inside the property. We really liked this place, and even when we hopefully move to Paris later this year and don’t need a hotel ourselves, we will recommend it to others and visit once in a while for breakfast.

Got back home today from a wonderful 5 night stay here. We arrived late Monday evening with a very warm welcome from Jean Bernard who was on reception. He gave us us everything we required regarding our stay, such as wifi info breakfast info, spa and sauna details. When we got to our room it was perfectly presented with little treats as a welcome. A information pack was available with details on how to contact reception for any requirements if needed. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, we slept very well.The curtains blocked out all light as we decided to walk around Paris, although metro station was a 2mins walk away was available to use. And on 2 afternoons we had a snooze before enjoying the local nightlife. The bathroom was absolutely perfect with a large shower and lovely fluffy towels. We had 2 double glazed Juliet balconies from the bedroom overlooking the beautiful courtyard which was perfect for a night cap and vape, enjoying the quiet and fresh air of Paris. The bar/restaurant was very well presented offering a wide range of choices of food and drinks, again the staff on duty Sunny was exceptional nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and presented to a high standard. Again staff Garmini was wonderful, friendly and most helpful. Quite frankly one can not fault the hotel and staff. It is situated perfectly, close to rail links (which the reception will help explain how to use if you're unsure) and was a pleasure to stay and we can not wait to go again. Thank you. Our French is below beginner level and we never had a problem communicating with all staff during our lovely stay. PS There are exceptional bakeries all within a 5min walk providing some truly exceptional treats.
