This is a very poor 4 star hotel? hotel. I came to Italy for skiing. This is my second time to Dolomite. The first time left me with wonderful memories. I have stayed in ten out of ten 3-star hotels, and they are all better than this hotel. The first complaint is that I stayed for seven nights this time and was given a very small room. My protest was ineffective. I kept pushing and pushing without the Housekeeper to deal with it. I paid the same fee as other group members, but I could only stay in 2/3 of the room. space. The second complaint is that the breakfast in the four-star hotel is too bad. I have never stayed in a hotel in Italy that bad. There is a coffee machine that often breaks down, and a group of people queue up to wait for a cup of coffee; there is no green salad for breakfast; The scrambled eggs were served for 8 people at a time, and they were gone in no time. It would take 5-10 minutes before they were served again. Everyone was crowded together to have breakfast because they had to go skiing at 8:30; third point, the restaurant It's very old and smells bad of second-hand smoke. The hotel sprays perfume to cover up the smell of second-hand smoke. Fourth, for dinner, I have never had such a sad pasta, and the beef was not cooked well. The same four kinds of vegetables were served as salad for seven nights, but they were trying to sell you drinks. Fifth, there is no coffee machine or water cup in the room. Definitely not a hotel recommended.
