I had a good experience here. I only stayed 1 night, and I booked the last minute, but they had a room available. The price was really good through the hotel website. The room was clean, and it's close to lots of tourist sites and the business area in CDMX. It wasn't super fancy, but it was affordable and felt safe and clean. I travel on a budget, so price, cleanliness, and safety are more important than luxuries. Thank you to the Hotel Manalba staff who took great care of me during my stay.

I stayed there over two weeks. All the front desk staff and bellboys were really friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was impeccable with a thorough housekeeping everyday. Room service food was also pretty good. Furthermore, the hotel's location is so good that you can literally walk to pretty much every museum and tourist attraction. It is also at a walking distance to metro station and metrobus stops. Definitely a highly recommended hotel with good room prices.

Clean hotel with attentive staff. Incredible value for your money. Hotel Food at restaurant is very delicious. Employees were kind and helpful. The area around it so/so safety wise, but close to many landmarks.
