The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated within walking distance to most of the key streets in central Milan and less than a half-hour walk from Milano Centrale train station. However, the rooms are quite small, feeling particularly cramped for two people. The service was basic, and I had to raise a complaint about the room cleaning, as our cups and glasses were not cleaned for several nights. Additionally, the staff's limited understanding of English led to a few mix-ups in the restaurant. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, and I might consider staying again, but I would choose to eat elsewhere.

Beautiful renovated hotel in the heart of Milan. Suggest you book a room that isn't above the entrance/ restaurant. On our second stay we requested a quieter room...which it was...only thing the restaurant/ bar empties it bottle recycling and this loud noise can wake you from a sound sleep. Service at the front desk was limited...sense if urgency was there. Upon leaving and entering the lobby on many occasions the front desk always had his head down. No acknowledgement of their guest(compared to other 4-5star hotels). Not that it is required evertime, a head nod was all that would have been required. Over all a beautiful hotel just needs a bit of fine tuning. 🙂

Hotel was nice and clean, nothing fantastic. They had a clean and nice baby play pen and the showers were nice. There was a lot to eat at breakfast. It was close to everything so you can walk most places.

Good 4-star hotel in the middle of the city, the style is rather Italian, but it totally works. Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good, even if the staff did not understand one word of English (how is this even possible in year 2023?). A few things didn’t work in the room, but it’s 4-stars, and so is the price, so all good. They have parking at a nearby underground garage, at a not cheap 60 EUR per night.

Initially we were put in a very small room, no curtains and a tiny tv ...... below outside were the kitchen perhaps? It was incredibly loud. I asked if we could be moved, they said of course. Moved to a very nice room, the girls on the desk were brilliant. Breakfast was well stocked with good variety. The hotel itself is in a perfect location,only a short walk to the centre, where duomo is. To get there you walk down through the fashion area where the shops are insane! Lovely hotel with great staff. Only downside was WiFi very poor everywhere.
