Pros : Nice building, clean rooms, good interior. 5 min walk to metro and tram stations Cons: Bed squeaks a lot. No sound proofing in rooms. 2 night clubs in the street. You'll hear the noises of people talking, cars honking all night long.

I was so lucky to find this brand new opened hotel in the touristic heart of Istanbul. It just opened 2 months ago in sept 2020. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel owner was so kind and showed me so much hospitality. Hamam is never been used by the day I was there and is definitely worth trying. Just the thought is brand new is amazing. I was impressed and I will definitely go back . I totally recommend this place if you want to stay close to the Grand Bazaar and the Sultanhamet area.

Please avoid this hotel, we booked two separate rooms with free parking on booking, when we arrived they said they have only one room available and that we need to pay 50 turkish lira per day for parking in a unsafe zone, they wanted to give them our car key and all of us to sleep in one room until another one was available, really unprofessional stuff, ruined our trip to Istanbul
