Bad experience at all. No elevator working in the check out, so we have to use the stairs with heavy bags…no helping from the hotel too. They offer you a taxy but the driver increase the value in the end of the travel (hotel should be more profissional in this). Not reccomeded

Price was quite high the day I stayed (236 Eur without breakfast). The room was extremely small, with no wardrobe, no space to open my luggage and no proper desk to work comfortably from the bedroom. I was expecting it cleaner. The bath tub was rusted, the shower head did not work properly but instead of fixing or apologising for it, they kept on asking why I reported it did not work, since their staff said it worked perfectly! Positive aspects: they helped to print a document, they kept the luggage while waiting for check in time, they were kind.

A very average one. Cons: Air conditioner is noisy and old. Room appears much smaller than photo. Toilet is not well cleaned, very obvious yellowish water lime scale in nozzle. Bed is not flat with curve bend in middle. Cleaner did not change my bed/pillow sheet next day as i can see the same dirty painting I received when arrived. Pros: location, ok window view, friendly staff.

The carpet was not clean and this is not acceptable because this kind of carpets are not easy to clean and many people walk there.Generally bad cleaning.Also noticed that every corner on the windows side was dusty without even opening the window.That means it wasn't cleaned just like the bathroom was not as clean as we wanted.I recommend you to bring your own towels if you stay there cause the ones they have are not clean.Metro, brasserie and supernarket is pretty close just like the Montparnasse tower.Too loud and difficult to sleep because of the sound from the street.Generally a medium experience and a total of 2.5 stars except from the staff that was really helpful and kind.(The iron that they provide is broken)
