I can not say enough good things about this hotel! This is mine and my husbands 2nd time staying here and I can’t wait to come back. The staff is amazing. They are so attentive and nice. It is a very personalized experience. They make you feel very welcome. Also, housekeeping is fantastic. While it’s fun to go into Sorrento, on this trip we didn’t even want to the leave the hotel. We went to the private beach one day, sat by the pool a few times, had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, dinner and a show, the Vista Sky Bar. It’s just incredible. And the food is delicious. The best we had our whole stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. With private access to a gorgeous beach, a quiet pool and poolside bar, delicious breakfast overlooking the bay, and impeccable service, we were in heaven. Never have we felt so taken care of by hotel staff—every team member at Hotel Mediterraneo was helpful and attentive at every moment. We loved coming back to this refuge after battling crowds in downtown Sorrento. We hope to come back again!

Incredible service from the word ‘go’! Thank you to Pina who welcomed us, Salvatore who was especially attentive at meal services and every single person who truly made the experience so special and wonderful. The photos don’t do any justice I can assure you, it’s more than a stunning place to visit.

WOW, beautiful hotel, great views, amazing staff and amazing breakfast!! If I could give this hotel a 6 I would have! Aniello was amazing!! We travelled to 6 cities and he was the one person that the family remember the most because he was amazing!! Great customer service & attention he provided was outstanding!! 👏🏼🙌🏼🤩 Because of him our experience was memorable in Sorrento!! Beautiful hotel beautiful city next time we would stay longer than one night for sure!! The breakfast was amazing too 🙌🏼🙌🏼 and WOW the rooftop restaurant breathtaking Totally recommend this hotel!!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at the panoramic rooftop bar in May 2023 and stayed at the hotel for three days after. We could not have been more pleased with the service that we received. Alessia the events coordinator was friendly, organized, and beyond helpful when it came to accommodating our many requests. She even stopped by to wish us luck when we came back for dinner after our stay, which was above and beyond what is expected from an events coordinator after the event itself. When it came to the staff at the front desk, the entire team was pleasant and remarkably eager to accommodate us during our stay. Over the course of our few weeks in Sorrento, we ended up staying at three different 5-star hotels. The Hotel Mediterraneo is by far and away the best that we experienced, and it is primarily due to the diligent and hardworking staff that we interacted with daily. The views from the rooms, the hotel bar, the pool, the outdoor restaurant, and the proximity to excellent restaurants make the Hotel Mediterraneo a 5-star hotel--it is the people that work there which make it the best place to stay in Sorrento.
