First time visiting Valencia, so we wanted to stay somewhere that could get us to the old centre, the museum of science and the beach during our 3 night stay. Didn't make the beach because the bus network with a baby stroller was hard work, think sardines in can inside a washing machine. The hotel itself - we enjoyed the pool, gym, the buffet breakfast and the room was comfortable with a view of Les Arts, which is an easy walk. Lots of cleaning staff and the room was turned over daily. No iron though or normal instant coffee. The neighbourhood is not glamorous / touristic. However, I really enjoyed walking and jogging and eating locally, some real gems to be found.

I recently stayed at Hotel Medium Valencia and had a very positive experience. The WiFi connection was of a high quality, the location was excellent, the room comfort levels were excellent, and the overall cleanliness was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice hotel overall, was really satisfied with the size of pool and the tennis courts on offer! Also nice lawn, bike hire and a modern lobby. Room service room was slow and the rooms were missing a bit of everyday things (no kettle, no iron, no toilet brush) which was a bit of a shame! Wouldn’t even lend us a spoon to eat a yogurt we brought back which was a huge shame! Not enough sunbeds or umbrellas by the pool!

I have stayed in many places around the world over the course of 25 years and I can't quite describe my stay at this hotel. So instead, I will let my star rating do the talking and I will continue to wonder how hotels get their official star rating and from who. A few things I can put into words: 1- it was the least thought about building I have ever been in. Whoever built it must have completely flanked school. 2- the breakfast staff (only) was super nice. Thank you folks for treating my family so well. 3- much nicer options nearer town for the same price.

Overall we think this is a 3 star hotel. 1. The pool doesn’t open until 11am and not enough beds. It would be much better if it was open 10am to 9pm and more beds available especially in the summer holidays when the kids are on holiday. 2. The staff down at the bar were rude (except for 2) quite unfriendly and have bad attitudes. Bar opening times are not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. Stock very low. 3. Breakfast adequate, repetitive however, the staff were friendly. 4. The room was comfortable however the sofa bed wasn’t. No English channels on TV. No table, chairs or umbrella on terrace which would have been nice. On a positive note the location was close to Túria Park and museums. Otherwise taxi is needed especially with children. Cleaners were super efficient with making sure are rooms were tidy, beds made every day and keeping stock replenished. I wish hotels would have their star rating correct. We wouldn’t stay here again. However, we didn’t let this spoil our holiday.
