There was no drinking water in the bedroom so I went to restaurant and was charged €6 for a bottle of water. The buffet breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable .Very good value ( apart from the water!!)

Shocked at Christmas Eve. Friendly welcome. Room clean. Bathroom windows not covered. All visible for the neighbours. I went hiding after taking my shower to get dressed in the room, and went to the toilet without light, planning to get the problem solved in the morning. It was Christmas Eve . Suddenly we were surprised by Caraoke in unbearable volume, voices and base. I was shocked. Grandpa had booked room 417 weeks before we arrived. Instead they put my little daughter and me above the restaurant where they suddenly started that horrific show al through the holy night. I couldn't believe it. Tried to reach someone at 10pm, 10.30, 11pm. Nobody at the reception. No one available at the emergency number, which first ignored our calls, then was turned of. Should I have called the police? When I went downstairs at 1.30 am, the staff had locked themselves. My knocking was answered with laughter. But I was to wasted, after our day-long journey to take any more. I banged until it was clear, I would not leave. I nearly took the house down. Next morning they changed our rooms, cause of the bathroom windows. Apologies for the night? Well...it was Christmas....ya. I tried to explain, what this evening means to me and why it is the opposite to carnival in my family. Nobody was sorry. Not half the night was paid back. Not even a free breakfast offered. Would have swopped hotels, if I wasn't there to see my grandmother in the hospital and had lots of other things to organise these days. The cleaning staff was very friendly. There is an excellent kitchen in the restaurant. We will probably not ever come back.

The hotel is some kind hostel, the bath I had was quite different from the photo. Taking shower and the water stays at you food all the bath become a lake, the liquid soap was unusefull as was broken. Even if you do not put 'do not clean' receive exactly this - room was not cleaned. Do not have enough supply for electricity charging. The lift was not working... At breakfast you have additional bonus - ants walking all over the table and in the food.

Forgot an item in my room, only saw it when we were almost in Berlin. Sent them two emails about getting it back, even proposed to pay ahead to have it mailed back. They never responded. Rooms and cleanliness very spotty, we did not even have a roll of toilet paper. Cleaning personnel cannot even understand/speak anything said to them in German or English. Ended up leaving the room card on the desk after waiting for an employee at the front office. Everything is outdated, carpet in the room riddled with stains, would not even know what kind of germs are hiding there.
