I didn't mind this hotel. We had the family room for 5 people for two nights. It is spacious enough. Has room for a mini fridge and a table and chair by the window. And yes, the toilet room and bathroom (separated) are on the small side but one can live with that. The room was clean, staff were nice, WiFi and television were good, great location and the lift was working. This hotel is of good value price wise. I was visiting from Australia.

Everyone was friendly from Housekeeping to Managers who were accommodating and great with kids! Just a heads up, there's a strip of ADULT stuff close to the hotel by the main street. But all in all this is a great location for dining options, pharmacy, grocery, bus and train. Close to Montmartre as well! I would recommend Mamiche and The french bastards for boulangerie and eclairs! Dumbo burgers were good, too!

I've had a bad experience. I can put up with the small rooms and the fact that the elevator only takes two people. I will accept a three star rating. However, what I can't stand is that I had requested a taxi to the airport the day before, but it seems that the staffs did not talk each other about my tax request. I had to ask the hotel staff about taxi arrangement again just before leaving a hotel. In addition, the cab arranged by the hotel did not accept credit card payment, which was a huge problem. I had no cash on me because I didn't have any. In the end, I needed to exchange with euro currency at very poor exchange rate. In effect, it was a very expensive taxi ride. Why did the staff arrange a taxi with Not accept credit payment?

This is a difficult review to write because the staff was very nice and helpful. However, I need to say the truth about the hotel. The rooms are ver small and do not match the photos. The elevators are extremely small and slow and are very hard to use. This is not a 3 star hotel but 2 stars only. They need to seriously renovate both buildings where the rooms are because the facilities are not enough at all. The location and staff were amazing but not enough to compensate for the rest.
